Stanley Hills Development strategically focuses on luxury development deals in the $5 to $25 million range—deals that are often too small for larger developers with institutional capital and too difficult for small developers that do not have the required operational efficiencies to maximize profitability. That’s our niche. 
Our firm’s ability to do in-house design and general contracting services allows us to pursue a breadth of profitable development opportunities. The team performs a comprehensive risk/return analysis on each potential transaction, investing only in assets where our strengths will provide the core value to make our investors’ returns achievable. 

Entitlements & Permitting

We believe our investors should be shielded from unnecessary risks with faster investment returns.  Stanley Hills Development only purchases land that has an achievable entitlement and permitting strategy, allowing us to use our skills, relationships with local authorities and city planning departments, and depth of experience to get permits and entitlements faster than our competitors.  

Plans & Construction

Our past experience in developing luxury single-family homes helps us design plans that avoid unnecessary mistakes, gauge construction feasibility, and create extraordinary residences at a lower cost than competitors. Our in-house capabilities and experience as a general contractor allow us to manage projects with precision. With nuanced insight into the high-level goals of each project as well the execution of timely details, we’ve assembled a vetted network of quality subcontractors to assist in all project aspects.
